Therapeutic Roadmap
We prioritize comprehensive assessments to ensure your treatment will be safe and effective.

History Assessment
Prepare for an introduction and a series of health interview questions. We may ask about your health, lifestyle, injuries, and fitness goals.
2.
Postural Assessment
A posture scan will provide information on how your body has adapted to your lifestyle and day to day routine.
3.
Basic Movement Assessments
Range of Motion assessment is commonly used to observe the available movement of a joint.
4.
Functional Movement Assessment
A functional movement is a something that you do on a frequent basis. We’ll use this assessment as baseline to spot out any compensations with your movement pattern.
5.
Manual Muscle Testing (MMT)
MMT helps us identify the performance of a specific muscle, getting us closer to identifying the cause of pain.
6.
Nerve and Special Testing
We understand pain and uncertainty . “Getting better” requires more information , and lucky for us there are specific special testing that are designed to help gain further understanding of the underlying condition.
